Responsibilities: • • Guide prospective buyers through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and excited about their options. • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and answering questions to build trust and rapport. • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and enhance your real estate knowledge. • Utilize company tools and systems to streamline your workflow and increase productivity. • Set and manage your own schedule to balance work and personal commitments effectively. • Assist in closing deals by supporting clients through the final stages of the buying process. • Stay informed about local market trends to provide clients with accurate and relevant information. Qualifications: • • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and build relationships. • Ability to manage your own schedule effectively, balancing work commitments with personal life. • Proven track record of learning quickly and adapting to new tools and systems to enhance productivity. • Strong communication skills, enabling you to provide clear updates and build trust with clients. • Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks. • Familiarity with local real estate market trends, or a willingness to learn, to provide clients with accurate information. • Comfortable with technology, including using real estate software and virtual communication tools to streamline processes. Compensation: $125,500 - $206,500 yearly

$125,500-$206,500 per year
