The program includes multiple concurrent workstreams designed to improve operational efficiency, agility, and resilience.As an Associate Product Manager, Technology Product Management, you will help lead the transformation of American's operational ecosystem by defining business capabilities, shaping future-state processes, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable value to the operation. You'll lead requirements scoping, define the future-state vision, reimagine business processes, contribute to organizational change, and translate operational needs into actionable deliverables.
